Summary:

Study is looking for subjects over 40, with a diagnosis of COPD, current or former smokers with a 10 pack year history of smoking, currently on stable inhaler therapy i.e. ICS/LABA/LAMA or combination of these, still having symptoms of COPD with exacerbations in the last year.



Criteria:

1. Be above 40 years of age

2. Must have a diagnosis of COPD

3. Must be a current or former smoker with a 10 pack year history of smoking.

4. Must be on stable dose of ICS, ICS/LABA or ICS/LABA/LAMA inhaler medication therapy for COPD

5. Must have 1-2 COPD exacerbations in the past year that required antibiotics or steroids to control exacerbation.


Qualified Participants May Receive:

1. Study medication to control symptoms of COPD.

2. Short term albuterol to control shortness of breath.

3. Reimbursement of $70 for every completed study visit
