Summary:
Adult and adolescent participants who have asthma which remains inadequately controlled (ACQ-7 total score ≥1.5) despite treatment with a medium or high dose of ICS/LABA.
Qualified Participants Must:
• 12-80 years old

Asthma longer than 1 year
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Compensation of $60 per visit for time and travel
