Summary:
Migraine is a disease that causes disabling headaches. The standard treatment for migraine is currently acute treatment (medications that are used to treat a migraine after it occurs) and preventive treatment (medications that are used to prevent migraines). The purpose of this study is to determine if INP104 is safe, effective and tolerable as an acute treatment for migraines. It is expected that approximately 200 participants will be enrolled in this study at up to 40 study sites.
Qualified Participants Must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have had at least 2 migraine attacks per month over the last 6 months
Be willing to have a nasal edoscopy performed by a board certified Otolaryngologists
Qualified Participants May Receive:
- Study related procedures such as blood work and ECG
- Compensation for time and travel expenses
- Physcials performed by a board cerified physician
- Nasal endoscopy performed by a board certified Otolaryngologists
- Study medication
