Summary:
Local doctors are recruiting participants for a clinical research study evaluating the effectiveness and safety of an investigational add-on medication to metformin for Type 2 Diabetes.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be at least 18 years old
•
Have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
•
Have been on a stable dose of metformin for at least 3 months
•
Not be on any other antidiabetic medication other than metformin
•
Have a BMI of at least 25
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Participants may receive all study-related medications at no cost. Compensation may be given for participation.
