Summary:
Click image to enlargeIf you have been diagnosed with type II diabetes for at least one year and are above the age of 18 this may be for you.
Criteria:You need to be on metfomin and on a basal insulin (i.e Levemir, Humalog, Tresiba, Toujeo) dose of >15 and < 50units for at least 3 months.
HbA1c needs to be between 7.5 - 10%.
BMI > 20 - < 40
Diversity is preferred.
