Experiencing heart failure can be frightening enough and trying the find the appropriate treatment is overwhelming. PhysiqueMed Clinical Trials is seeking patients for a clinical research study evaluating the effectiveness of an investigational treatment for patients with a history of chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.
You may qualify for this study if you:
- Are between the ages of 18 and 85 years
- Have a history of heart failure
- Are currently receiving treatment for heart failure
- In the past 12 months been hospitalized with primary reason of heart failure or have had an urgent visit to the ED with primary reason of heart failure.
