Summary:

This program involves 15 in-house days and nights with a 7-10 day break and again staying for another 15 in-house days and nights.  The study medication is a dietary supplement of amino acid formulation made up of proteins.  The liver plays a central role in amino acid metabolism and, consequently, patients with liver disease show abnormalities in their plasma amino acid profile. 


Qualified Participants Must:

• Have mild to moderate liver disease
• Be ages 18- 75 years
