Summary:

 Study to Compare the Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of JNJ-42847922 Versus Quetiapine Extended-Release as Adjunctive Therapy to Antidepressants in Adult Participants With Major Depressive Disorder Who Have Responded Inadequately to Antidepressant Therapy


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be diagnosed with Depression
• Be on an antidepressant
• Be between 18 and 64 years of age


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study medication and compensation for time/travel
