Summary:

Northern California Research is conducting a study for Vaginal Dryness and Irritation, known as Vaginal Atrophy in Post Menopausal Women.  This study is for women ages 30-75 that have not had a spontaneous menstrual period in 6 or more months or has had a Hysterectomy at least 6 weeks prior to screening.  Also, we are looking for women whom have at least one of the following symptoms, either moderate to severe, vaginal dryness, vaginal and/or vulvar Irritation/Itching, dysuria, vaginal pain associated with sexual activity or vaginal bleeding associated with sexual activity. 

In this study we are looking at a new Generic Vaginal Cream when compared to the Brand name Estrace Cream and a Placebo.  This study is 5 1/2 weeks in length and there will be 3 office visits to our site.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be women between the ages of 30 and 75
• Not had a spontaneous menstrual period in 6 or more months or has had a Hysterectomy in at least 6 weeks
• Have either moderate to severe, vaginal dryness, vaginal and/or vulvar Irritation/Itching, dysuria, vaginal pain associated with sexual activity or vaginal bleeding associated with sexual activity.


Qualified Participants May Receive:

 All trial-related visits, tests, and medications will be provided to you at no cost. In addition, reimbursement for trial-related time and travel may be provided.
