The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of BHV-4157 versus placebo in subjects with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 65 years old
• Have OCD for at least 1 year

Qualified Participants May Receive:

If qualified participants will receive compensation for time and travel
