Summary:

The objective of this study is to evaluate how much and how quickly the study drug is taken up and eliminated by the body in volunteers with normal kidney function as compared to persons with kidney disease.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be Male or Female volunteers (women must not take hormonal contraceptive)
• Be between 60 and 80 years old
• Volunteers could be light smokers (less than 5 cigarettes a day)
• Body mass index must be between 18.0 and 38.0


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation up to $1,850!
