The SOTA studies are evaluating an investigational oral tablet compared to placebo that may help manage your blood glucose levels.
Diet, exercise, and education are important in the management of Type 2 Diabetes (T2D), but many people also require drug therapy to manage their illness.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have A1c levels between 7-10%
• Be taking a sulfonylurea medication for T2D, such as:

  • Chlorpropamide
  • Glimepiride
  • Glyburide
  • Glipizide
  • Tolazamide
  • Tolbutamide


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Those who qualify may receive study related care and investigational study medication at no cost. Participants may receive a placebo instead.
