Summary:

Do you or a loved one suffer from chronic Heart Failure?

Local doctors are currently conducting a research study to test the effectiveness and safety of an investigational study drug for those with heart failure.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 85 years of age
• Have a history of chronic Heart Failure (defined as requiring treatment for heart failure for a minimum of 30 days before study)
• Current hospitalization with primary reason of heart failure, prior heart failure hospitalization, or urgent heart failure admission to emergency department within 1 year prior to study


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Those who qualify may receive study related care and investigational study medication at no cost.
