Summary:

Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is liver inflammation caused by a buildup of fat in the liver. 

Wake Research Associates is enrolling volunteers in a study testing the effectiveness, and safety of an investigational medication for individuals with NASH and associated bridging fibrosis. 


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be age 18-70
• Have a history of NASH and bridging fibrosis confirmed by a liver biopsy in the last 6 months

Qualified Participants May Receive:

  • Study-related medication at no cost
  • Study-related medical exams at no cost
  • Compensation of up to $1875 for time and travel
