Summary:

NYC based company (ProPhase LLC) that trains health professionals is looking for adult patients (40-80 years old) with visible symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease to participate in a videotaped interview. All interviews will be conducted by a health professional and will be used to train health professionals in the assessment of symptoms associated with Parkinson’s Disease. Videos will be kept confidential and will only be used for training purposes. If you are chosen to participate, we will do a two hour videotaped interview consisting of a spoken interview and a neurological motor exam in an office in Manhattan, and you will be paid for your time at the end of the interview.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease
• Be between 40 and 80 years of age
• Be willing to talk about your symptoms on camera
• Be able to walk without the use of a wheelchair


Qualified Participants May Receive:

$200 (paid after completion of interview)
