Summary:
The purpose of this research study is to learn more about skin inflammatory diseases specifically atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and vitiligo. This study will gather imaging data using a multiphoton imaging device, and biologic data from adhesive tape discs and skin punch biopsies. The goal of this study is to use the data we gather to establish a non-invasive method for evaluating inflammatory skin biomarkers of atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and vitiligo, which in the future may prove useful for improving patient diagnosis and potential treatment options for inflammatory skin disease. The study involves ONE study visit lasting up to 3 hours at the Wellman Center for Photomedicine at Massachusetts General Hospital.
