Summary:

Center for Clinical Studies is enrolling adult participants in a medical research study of an investigational injectable medication for people with severe itching from Prurigo Nodularis.

Prurigo Nodularis is a disease with a cycle of scratching, bleeding, and bumps forming on the skin. The itch is so strong it can affect the quality of sleep and even work and social life.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be age 18 to 80 with a clinical diagnosis of Prurigo Nodularis for at least 3 months
• Have 20 or more nodules (bumps) with severe itching on at least 2 areas of the body
• History of failing topical treatments or they are medically inadvisable
• Additional study criteria applies


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study-related medication and study-related exams at no cost to you. Travel reimbursement may be provided for qualified participants. There is no cost to participate in the study.
