Summary:

Looking for participants currently taking medication for OCD but not responding well to their current treatment. If you participate in the study we will provide an additional medication considered an "adjunctive therapy" added to your standard of care treatment. There is a chance you might get a placebo and not the actual study medication during the study.
The study duration is about 12-16 weeks but after you complete the study you will have the opportunity to enter a 1 year open label extension study where you will receive the actual medication.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between the ages of 18-65
• Suffer from OCD symptoms for at least 1 year or more
• Currently taking a SSRI or clomipramine, venlafaxine or desvenlafaxine monotherapy for an adequate duration and at an adequate dose
• Have adequate hearing, language and vision skills


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Free study related medication, free study related medical care.  Compensation of $75 for your time and travel for each office visit.  We can also arrange for transportation at no cost to you.  No Insurnace is required!
