Summary:
A study to evaluate the long term treatment effects of an investigational medication on diabetic retinopathy progression in adults with type 2 diabetes.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years old or older
•
Be diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
•
Be diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy
•
Not be currently receiving treatment for diabetic retinopathy
•
Have an HbA1c value of 7.0% to 10.0%, inclusive
Qualified Participants May Receive:
- Reimbursement for time and travel
- Study-related care and study medicine at no cost (no health insurance required)
