Summary:

With this study, we will attempt to determine how well an investigational study drug, 11β-MNTDC is tolerated by men, how it is processed in the body, and what its effects are when given by mouth daily for 28 days. We will use the results of this study to possibly develop a safe, reversible, and practical method of birth control for men. Participation in the study will last around 2-3 months and require approximately 15 study visits including two overnight stays at Clinical Research Center.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be Males between 18-50 years of age
• Be Healthy
• Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) less than 33 (use this link to calculate your BMI)


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Financial compensation up to $2,095 for time and travel.
