Summary:

The Athos Study is researching an investigational medication for people with systematic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The investigational medication, which is taken as tablets, has been designed to work differently from current available treatments. We are trying to find out if the investigatinoal medication could help to reduce the symptoms of SLE in combinatino with your regular SLE medications.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 75 years of age
• Have moderate to severe SLE
• Are currently receiving oral treatment for SLE


Qualified Participants May Receive:

The study will last for up to 60 weeks (1 year and 2 months) and will require regular visits to our study center. Your health will be monitored carefully by a team of doctors and nurses throughout the study.

All study-related medications and assessments will be provided at no cost to you.
