Determination of Pharmacokinetics, Safety and Efficacy of
GreenGene™ F in Previously Treated Patients 12 years of age or older
Diagnosed with Severe Hemophilia A |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
• Be male or female subjects over 12 years of age at the time of informed consent
•
Weigh more than 35 kg (77 lbs)
•
Be diagnosed with severe hemophilia A.
•
Subjects included in the PK analyses must have severe hemophilia A with baseline FVIII less than 1 IU/mL
•
Subjects included in the Safety and Efficacy analyses must have moderately severe or severe hemophilia A, with baseline Factor VIII less than 2 IU/mL
•
Have more than 150 previous exposure days to FVIII concentrates
•
Subjects included in the on-demand treatment cohort must have a verifiable record of at least three bleeding episodes per month on average in the last 6 months prior to enrollment
•
Have a platelet count greater than 100,000 μL
