| Study summary: |

NeuroLab is seeking healthy volunteers to participate in a compensated, one-time urine sample study (via FedEx). Qualified volunteers will receive a urine sample collection kit from FedEx, along with instructions, and a pre-paid return-shipping package and label that can be dropped in any FedEx location or drop box. Interested individuals will receive a follow-up call from NeuroLab to confirm interest and qualification. Please provide your telephone number with area code and your email address for follow-up. Multiple adult members in your household may participate if qualified, however need to apply individually. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
• Be 18 years of age or older
•
Have not experienced a concussion or head injury in the past year
•
Have no diagnosed medical conditions or diseases
•
Not have moderate or severe symptoms related to any of the following: addictions, anxiety, allergies, low libido, fatigue, depression, fibromyalgia, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), insomnia, arthritis/pain, tremors, weight gain
•
Not be taking medications, except medications for blood pressure, cholesterol and birth control are allowed
