| Study summary: |
|
Men and Women age 18 years or older with adult onset Rheumatoid Arthritis of at least 6 months duration prior to first visit with an inadequate response to methotrexate. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Have a documented history of or current positive Rheumatoid Factor (RF)
Be taking methotrexate for at least 12 weeks prior to first visit
Must not be taking oral corticosteroids on a daily basis with a dosage over 10 mg per day within 6 weeks of the first visit
Not have had an injection of any steroid within 6 weeks

If qualified for study, will receive medical evaluation by a physician, labs, EKG and study medication. |
