We hope to learn if the combination of psychological and physical measures of the brain and body will predict which depressed patients will benefit most from 3 different antidepressant medications.

| Qualified participants must: |

Be 18-65 years of age
Be fluent and literate in English or Dutch
Give written, informed consent
