A Phase III research study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the study drug in women (with a surgical diagnosis of endometriosis) that have moderate to severe pelvic pain.
An investigational non-hormonal GnRh antagonist study drug is being studied. The drug is taken orally.

| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be 18-49 years of age
Have a surgical diagnosis of Endometriosis
Surgical diagnosis must have been within seven years of first study visit. Subjects must be able to provide a copy of their last surgery report which documents they have Endometriosis |
| Participants may receive: |
|
Study related medical exams, DEXA scans, Mammography if over age 40, laboratory evaluations. Time and travel compensation available for qualified subjects that complete study visits. |
