• Be 18-65 years of age

Be diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and treated with medication

Be diagnosed with High Blood Pressure and treated with medication |
| Participants may receive: |

If you qualify you may be compensated up to $4050.00 for time and travel. 18 consecutive overnights are required. |
