| Study summary: |

Patients will be randomized into three arms and will receive Ciproflaxcin 0.3% plus Fluocinolone Acetonide 0.025% otic solution, Ciproflaxcin 0.3% otic solution, or Fluocinolone Acetonide 0.025% otic solution twice a day during 7 days. |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be 6-12 years of age
Have patent tympanostomy tube in ear, which will be treated
Be suffering from Otorrhea for less than 3 weeks
Have moderate to severe Otorrhea, ear drum edema, and otalgia
|
| Participants may receive: |
|
Treatment for Otorrhea and a stipend for time and travel. |
