Double blind randomized place controlled to test efficacy of drug in patients age 55 to 90 with mild to moderate Alzheimer's Disease. 1 month screen with 24 week treatment period, follow up at week 26. |
| Qualified participants must: |

• Be 55-90 years of age
•
Have a reliable caregiver/family member who can ensure compliance with study medication and procedures and provide accurate information regarding the subject's status during the study |
| Participants may receive: |

Study medication, procedures and medical oversight provided by the sponsor. Travel reimbursement will be provided. |
