Do you have rheumatoid arthritis?
Have you already used medicines and they did not work?
We are conducting a study examining the effectiveness of secukinumab, an investigational drug, in rheumatoid arthritis for those who still have symptoms after other treatments.
|
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the presence of rheumatoid arthritis with active disease
Have taken at least one of the following Enbrel® (etanercept), HUMIRA® (adalimumab), Remicade® (infliximab), Cimzia® (certolizumab), or Simponi® (goblimumab) for at least 3 months and experienced an inadequate response
Plan on remaining in the Boston area for the next year
Be willing to complete questionnaires and undergo: Physical exam with pain assessment and disease activity assessment and blood and urine collections
