This study is evaluating the effectiveness of a medication similar to Spiriva.
All participants will receive albuterol.
Participants may continue their inhaled controller steroid.
There is never any cost to participate and research is always completely voluntary. If you don't like it, you can withdraw at any time for any reason.
Insurance is not needed.
You will keep your current doctors.
There is no obligation to find out more!

| Qualified participants must: |
|
• Be 40 years of age or older
•
Be a current or past smoker
•
Have difficulty breathing when not on breathing medications
|
| Participants may receive: |
|
$75.00 per visit, Albuterol inhalers, study medication, physical exams, breathing tests, study related care at not cost, and education regarding your condition. |
