This is an exciting study that is looking at how well a pain medication manages chronic low back pain as well as opioid-induced constipation (constipation caused by taking certain pain medications). |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be 18 years of age or older
Be currently taking opioid pain medication for low back pain
Have a history of constipation due to taking prescribed opioid pain medication |
| Participants may receive: |

Study related exams, laboratory tests, and medication at no cost and compensation for their time and travel. |
