A 12-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of Asimadoline in subjects with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (D-IBS). |
| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be fluent in English
Have had D-IBS symptoms for at least 6 months
Have abdominal pain or discomfort at least 3 days per months in the past 3 months
Have an average of 4 diarrhea stools per days/28 per week |
| Participants may receive: |

Free treatment and medication and may be reimbursed for time and travel. |
