| Qualified participants must: |

• Not be on any diabetic medications (only diet & exercise)
•
Be 18 to 80 years of age |
| Participants may receive: |

Two meal tolerance tests, some diet and exercise counseling, a home blood glucose monitor device will be provided, and financial compensation up to $750.00.
