Study summary: Treating your Crohn’s disease doesn’t have to be a solo act.

Do you have Crohn’s disease?

You may be eligible to participate in the OPERA study – a clinical research study evaluating whether an investigational drug (study drug) safety and effectively treats Crohn’s disease compared to placebo (looks like the study drug but does not contain any active medication).

The study drug is intended to reduce the inflammation of the intestines, which causes many of the symptoms you may be experiencing.

The OPERA study will also evaluate the best does of the study drug for treating Crohn’s disease.
Qualified participants must: • Be 18-75 years of age
• Have active Crohn’s disease
• Have failed to respond to anti-TNF treatments (e.g. Remicade, Humira, Cimzia)
• Have failed or are intolerant to immunosuppressants (e.g. methotrexate, azathioprine, 6-mercaptopurine)
Participants may receive: Study-related exams and study medication at no cost. Compensation will be provided for time and travel.
