| Qualified participants must: |
|
Be 18 years of age or older
Have a diagnosis of Primary Myelofibrosis, Post-Polycythemia Vera Myelofibrosis, or Post-Essential Thrombocythemia-Myelofibrosis
Have baseline platelet counts ≥ 50K and <100K
